SALON POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS

  • All clients must have a card on file to book an appointment

  • Please cancel before 24 hours for cut, and 48 hours for color & chemical treatments and facials to avoid a 50% charge to your card on file.

NO SHOWS

  • We will charge 100% of your appointment cost for no shows. This includes being more than 15 minutes late for your appointment.

ADJUSTMENTS

  • If you are unsatisfied with your haircut or hair color, please notify us within 2 weeks of your appointment. We will arrange a complimentary adjustment with your original service provider or another service provider at Freija Collective.

  • Requests made more than 2 weeks after your original appointment will require booking and payment for a new service.

CONTENT & RECORDING

  • Please obtain consent from anyone in view before filming or photographing.

  • Audio recording is not permitted anywhere inside Freija Collective.

  • Please respect the privacy and comfort of our guests and team at all times.

  • Freija Collective is a space for self-care, creativity, and community. We want everyone who walks through our doors—guests and team members alike—to feel comfortable, respected, and at ease. To help us maintain that environment, we ask that you keep the following in mind during your visit.

  • Please do not film, photograph, or livestream other guests or team members without the consent of everyone in the room. We value your creativity and love a good hair moment, but privacy is always a priority.

  • Freija is a destination for self-care. We invite you to slow down, unplug, and enjoy your time with us. If you need to take a phone call, please be mindful of your volume and those around you. FaceTime and video calls are not permitted indoors.

  • To maintain a calm and comfortable environment for everyone, we ask that you leave children and pets at home. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.

  • Freija is an inclusive space where everyone deserves to feel safe, welcome, and respected. We have zero tolerance for racism, homophobia, antisemitism, ableism, or any form of discrimination or bigotry. Disrespectful behavior toward our guests or team will not be tolerated.

  • We know the world is full of big conversations, and we respect that everyone has their own perspectives and beliefs. To keep appointments a relaxing and welcoming experience for everyone, we ask that political discussions be left outside the salon.
