Markie Hester
Markie was born and raised in Los Angeles, a true Cali summer girl to her core. She started her hair journey at Paul Mitchell the School in Pasadena. Before this, she spent 15 years with Urban Outfitters, working as a visual merchandiser. Spending so much of her career styling outfits and creating spaces, she has an eye for aesthetics and a love for making people feel beautiful. Her favorite looks to create are soft face- framing layers and bouncy blowouts. When she’s not in the salon she is watching the Bachelor with her girlfriends, going on weekend excursions, or snuggling up with her scrumptious baby girl, Santana.
